Sublime goal from Kravchenko

It was the second time in a moth for Poltava club to welcome Ukrainian grand. In early August Vorskla played Dynamo Kyiv who left home with a draw. This time Shakhtar came to withstand Vorslka. The host team were first to strike. Serhiy Kravchenko shot in the goalmouth but Pyatov made a save. However, the next shot of Kravchenko reached its destination. Sachko passed to Serhiy and the latter scored a sublime goal. Then Vorskla footballers stepped back to beat off the attacks of Shakhtar. Srna performed several dangerous free kicks. Brandao and Seleznyov were fighting for every chance arising. Seleznov actually received a pass from Jadson, shot but missed the target. In the second half Lucescu made some substitutions which saw five Brazilians on the pitch at a time. But Vorskla successfully resisted Shakhtar attacks. Closer to the end Jadson fouled on Kravchenko and was immediately awarded a red card.

Kyiv derby
Goals from Ismaël Bangoura and Tiberiu Ghioane helped Dynamo on their way to a 2-0 win against Arsenal Kyiv. The first goal came in the 3rd minute when Milevskyy's pass was met by Bangoura and he guided the ball in the corner from 17 meters. The Dynamo forwards were proving a constant threat and had a number of opportunities to score, but failed to net more balls. The second period followed much the same pattern as the first, with Dynamo continuing to threaten the host team's goal. The White-Blues took a 0:2 lead in the second half when Ghioane kicked the ball into the bottom corner. However, the match was a real struggle for Oleksandr Zavarov’s players, who tried to break down an organized Dynamo side.

Koelho hits accurately
Metalist Kharkiv played Illichivets Mariupol and the host side were very active. The score was opened on the 28th minute. Valyayev got behind the opponents’ defense and passed to the goalmouth where Edmar looked set to shoot in the right corner. The 2:0 win was fixed by Koelho who met the ball after Rykun’s pass. The match Karpaty − Dnipro finished with a draw. Both teams were clumsy while making passes. So, the fans experienced a paucity of moments. The second half was much more adventurous but the scoreline left unscathed. Metalurh Donetsk surprisingly keep the top position after a win over Tavriya Simferopol. The match was rather nervous. But a double of Fernandes left Mykola Fomenko’s guys behind.
