On Thursday, September 18, Kitsman town, Chernivtsi region, hosted Ukraine’s Amateurs competition final. The final encounter saw FC Luzhany and Torpedo Mykolayiv competing. The host side secured a 2:1 win.
Award ceremony After the awarding ceremony FC Luzhany men followed a tradition with tossing up the team manager Vasyl Orletskiy and coach Yuriy Kraft. The awards also found their owners except the finalists. The organizers of the tournament were honored with medals as well, for they staged the first competition of such scale in Chernivtsi region.
Uneasy choice We remind that according to Association of Amateurs Football regulations, the finalists of Amateurs Cup are eligible to submit their bids for Ukrainian Second Professional League. And the winner will make a move for the UEFA Regions' Cup, Europe's top competition for amateur footballers.
