On Saturday, March 27, Ukraine WU19 team lost in the first qualifying round of the 2010 European WU19 Championship, which is taking place in Czech Republic. Already in the first half Italian players scored twice into the net of Mariia Stetsenko. After the break Mariia Pavliuk broke a rule in a penalty area and after a realized penalty kick the opponents were already three goals ahead. The footballers of Oleksandr Masalskyi tried to put at least one back, but didn’t manage to. On Monday Ukrainians are to play against the hosts.
