Poland opened scoring at the beginning of the match, however Pavlo Yakovenko’s lads responded with three subsequent shots and secured an out win. Ukraine Evgen Konoplyanka and Volodymyr Lysenko were the men to capitalize on opponents’ slips. The game after the break was rather tough. Ukraine manager had even to replace the leading players earlier than it was supposed.
