On Wednesday, November 23, the representatives of six national associations, whose A teams will compete in group H for the right to take part in a final round of the World Cup, held a meeting in Warsaw in order to coordinate calendar of matches of a group cycle. Ukrainian delegation was represented by Football Federation of Ukraine (FFU) vice-president Volodymyr Lashkul, Ukraine national team head coach Oleh Blokhin and the employees of the Committee for work with FFU teams. The main result of the negotiations was that the parties reached a compromise, and thus didn’t need to resort to the procedure of a blind draw anymore.
