 Ukraine squad revealed | | 03.11.2009, 13:45 | FFU inform service |  |  |  | On Tuesday, November 3rd, Ukraine manager Oleksii Mykhailychenko named his 24-men squad for the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifying play-offs against Greece. First-leg clash will be played in Greece at Olympic stadium on November 14, whereas Ukraine will host the second-leg game at Donbas Arena in Donetsk on November 18. (Both matches to kick off at 20.00) Lineup losses and gaining Injuries prevented Dynamo goalkeeper Oleksandr Shovkovskii and Dnipro halfback Serhii Nazarenko from playing the play-offs. Instead Dmytro Chygrynskii and Andrii Rusol are back on track again after they suffered injuries setback and missed the group stage qualifiers against England (1:0) and Andorra (6:0). Notably, the 24-year-old Karpaty halfback Igor Khydobiak received his first invitation to the national A team.
Open training The “blue-yellows” will gather at Dynamo training camp in Koncha-Zaspa on Saturday, November 7. Two days later Oleksii Mykhailychenko will hold a press conference fixed at 16:30.
