On Friday, May 29, international UEFA courses for child-youth and beach football coaches were over in Kyiv. During four days the specialists from Football Federation of Ukraine shared knowledge and experience with Hungarian, Macedonian and Montenegrin colleagues.

In the opening address during the opening of the courses the first vice-president of the Football Federation of Ukraine Oleksandr Bandurko acquainted present guests with the last FFU achievements in the sphere of the child-youth and amateur football development. In particular, he remembered about six-star status within the framework of the Charter of the mass football of UEFA, which was given to Ukraine at the last meeting of UEFA Executive Committee.
The aim of the courses
The scheme of actions of the studying group of the European Football Union was worked out by the initiative of the president of UEFA Michel Platini. Its aim is to support football development on the continent through development of the level of the coaches and football instructors with the help of access to specialized information. The program will ensure it according to the needs of the concrete associations-members of UEFA in such directions as coaches’ studying, child-youth football, women football, beach and grassroots football.
