Coaches shared experience
27.05.2010, 17:15 | FFU inform service

On Thursday, May 27, the House of football hosted a round-table conference featuring Under-19 teams’ head coaches of Ukraine, England, Ireland and Bosnia-Herzegovina contesting the 2009/10 UEFA European Under-19 championship Elite round.

FFU initiative

The Group 3 fixtures are staged in Kyiv and Borodianka. After the matchday 1 coaches gathered in FFU headquarters to have a fruitful discussion along with journalists and supporters who have put their questions during live conference on sport.ua.

Professional discussion
On Wednesday, May 26, the Elite round Group 3 saw the matches started with England against Ireland and Ukraine against Bosnia-Herzegovina. In both cases the favourites were the winning sides as England saw off the opponents 1:0 and Anatoliy Buznyk’s charges celebrated a comprehensive 4:1 win. Next day the coaches have come up not as opponents but interlocutors sharing their impressions after the debut of the teams in charge and speaking of the prospects.

Everlasting questions
The participants did not restrict the area of communication on present day only. They also spoke about the general system of training young players exercised in their counties and urgent issues of football development. The specialists then discussed certain methodical details of preparing their sides to the tournaments of such scale following their own ways of restoring discipline which is characteristic for players of such age.
