Grigoriy Surkis has been unanimously re-elected as Football Federation of Ukraine president during the IX Congress of the FFU.
'Even stronger'
The 58-year-old will begin his third term in office, having been appointed to the lead position in Ukrainian football in 2000. «With this vote, our team has become even stronger both in numbers and in quality,» - said Surkis, whose country will act as joint-hosts of UEFA EURO 2012 alongside Poland. «This is no time for ceremony or speeches, however. I promise that all our efforts will be put into improving the infrastructure for EURO 2012.»
