In the 19th round of Ukrainian Premier League between FC Lviv and FC Metalist Kharkiv which was played at the field of the stadium Knyazha Arena in the city Dobromyl, Lviv region, the field itself and the stadium were not up to the minimal statute-law requirements of holding of football match and it was the reason for numerous complaints from the officials and football fans.
That’s why Football Federation of Ukraine (FFU) first vice-president and FFU Executive director Oleksandr Bandurko by his order ¹139 from March 11, 2009 pushed aside Borys Voskresenskiy from the duties of the head of the Stadium and Security Committee and to submit this question for consideration of the next Executive Committee of FFU.
The first FFU vice-president Serhiy Storozhenko was entrusted with the duties of the head of the Stadium and Security Committee.
