Ukrainian international midfielder Maxym Kalynychenko has rejoined FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk eight years after leaving for FC Spartak Mosvka.
Kalynychenko, 29, has signed an initial three-year contract with Dnipro, eight days after he was transfer-listed by Spartak coach Stanislav Cherchesov. «Dnipro have big ambitions, a strong squad and the finances to match», said Kalynychenko, who began his career with Dnipro, making 39 league appearances. At Spartak, the 2006 FIFA World Cup veteran scored 22 goals in 134 league matches, winning two Russian championships.
