Independent structure, founded by FFU on July 11, 2009, is financed by UEFA and meant to provide quality preparation of Ukraine to the UEFA EURO 2012.
LOC deals with the tournament staging solely, at the same time its specialists follow the UEFA's standards during the infrastructure preparation. LOC comes as a link between UEFA and Ukrainian authority. LOC's professionals expound the UEFA's requirements, assist in reaching them, control the schedule of fulfilled work.
LOC does not take the functions of state structures and operates the principles of clearness and transparency. |
