On Tuesday, August 19, U-21 teams of Poland and Ireland played the first match in the VII International Valeriy Lobanovskiy Memorial.
Poland team bossed possession on the pitch scoring only one goal. Kamil Wilczek secured a 1:0 win and booked passage for Poland U-21 team to the final of Lobanovskiy Memorial contest. Some time after Ukraine side faced Bulgaria to define the winner of the second semifinal.
